Colin G3YBT presents his heard Ten Metre Beacon List

My aerial is just a vertical about 20Ft high and 6Ft from the building, so I pick up lots of noise and have to use narrow filters to find the weak beacons.

Somebody with a beam and small tower will hear them about 4 S points stronger than me.

This list is designed for use on my own trx hence the some memory numbers. The frequencies shown are as I have heard them rather than those that are listed on various web sites.

They are listed more accurately than the web because I live in a noisy built up area, only have a vertical aerial, and frequently use very narrow filters to pick out the weak beacons. Triple conversion rx with good quality xtal filters in each I.F. and an audio filter.
