GB2CSC (18thJune 2005) WAS THE CALL SIGN USED TO MARK THE 60TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CHIPPENHAM SEA CADETS.
The event was a great success with much interest shown in the station by Cadets and visitors alike. Many national and international contacts were made. Seen here are the operating positions of the HF and VHF stations
Operation took place from the club shack at TS Tiger the home of the Sea Cadets and of the club. The shack was open to all at the celebrations which the Sea Cadets started with a march through the town at 10.00 am and continued at the TS Tiger with Fun + games, Boat Rides, Bouncy Castle, Displays, Military band, Tombola, Hot & Cold Food and of course GB2CSC.
